FAQs

What’s in Raleigh Street Bakery’s Bread?

Organic flour, water and salt. That’s it. Unless you get the honey wheat – that one has honey, as does the rye. As the name suggest, the rye also has sunflower seeds in it. And love. A lot of love.

So you have a food allergy?

Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado’s Cottage Food Law. That means this product was produced in a home kitchen not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and crustacean shell fish. Apologies for the formality.

I have a loaf of bread. Now what?

Your loaf of Raleigh Street Bread is best kept in the paper bag it comes in. It will dry out and can be sliced for toast (have I mentioned all of my breads make great toast?) or the whole loaf may be wrapped in foil and refreshed in the oven. You may also freeze your loaf for up to one month and refresh it in the oven. Or you can just eat it all now and get more later. No matter how you slice it, you can’t go wrong with a loaf of Raleigh Street Bread.
